Interesting immersion experience which is not expected for a theme park escape room. Having done a couple of prison break styled escape rooms, this has by far the most unique opening.

A gorgeous take on the often-offered prison break escape room theme, Prison Break delivers a delightful twist on the typical prison starting scene with a greater focus on collaboration than any I’ve experienced previously. The range of puzzles within the experience was impressive! The rooms activate all domains of your puzzle-solving brain. Once again, like all Mindtrap rooms at The Bug Banana, Prison Break’s atmosphere was perfect. Real metal bars, props galore, and the rooms are decorated with precision. An absolute delight and would recommend to any and all escape room fans—head to the Big Banana and try all of the rooms for memorable experiences.
A great linear experience with some of the most well-executed prison theming and puzzles I’ve experienced to date. The collaboration between players is paramount, and makes for a refreshingly fun prison escape.
Theming once again, like all rooms here at The Big Banana, is gorgeous. Floors, ceiling, puzzles, props — everything has been meticulously designed and created by the team at Mindtrap to ensure that every experience is a memorable one. Prison Break? A stellar one at that.
GM was kind and responsive. A puzzle didn’t make sense to us and the GM responded within 30 seconds with a well-balanced hint that didn’t give away the answer.

The story of escaping the prison was maintained throughout.

Some puzzles were tricky and I am unsure if we would have been able to solve them without a few hints! Despite being one of the Big Banana’s easier rooms, I’d say this is still a hard room.
