50 escape rooms
It's a pretty average room, especially considering most escape rooms in Omaha. There's a heavy reliance on locks, but what I appreciated was that the puzzles weren't linear. There was something for everyone to do, and all the individual puzzles culminate into one final solution. It's not a bad or boring room, but I wouldn't say there was anything particularly new or unique.
Gameplay
Nothing felt illogical, it flowed decently. Over-reliance on locks.
Atmosphere
Not a bad design! Effort was put into making the "christmas spirit", but I feel that more should be added.
Customer service
Staff is always friendly, but my only complaint is that hints were given much too liberally. I always prefer to get hints when I ask for them, and I don't like when they are just given freely when they see we struggle.
