In the early 1940’s, Monroe County opened a psychiatric ward for the mentally ill and insane. Deemed the Tower of Hope, the Doctors believed their gruesome tests and what they called therapy would help heal these patients. Electroshock therapy and lobotomies were just some of the torture used by the institution. Deep within the walls of the East Wing, hold the darkest secrets of these evil doctors. It’s believed that the souls of the tortured remain inside. Can you uncover the truth of what actually happened in this sinister building?
