Really disappointing experience in Reservations Only with a group of 2, after having done other rooms elsewhere in the past few days with our same group. The attendant seemed very bored and unhappy to be there and seemed to engage with us as little as required. For example, if they introduced the theme of the room, it was mumbled and we didn't hear it. There were multiple puzzles where we interacted with a puzzle, declared it didn't work, and walked away, and I find it hard to understand why a game master would not give us a message (like "press harder on the screen!") if they were paying attention to what we were doing. This cost us significant time, especially at the beginning of the room. Other puzzles felt like "busywork" rather than solving a puzzle.
Gameplay
The flow was confusing and difficult to tell what was next or why.
Atmosphere
The set design and props were reasonable, but at least three of the puzzle components were either not responsive or fell apart while solving the puzzle.
