Two adults plus a three year old for an extra challenge. Finished with time to spare. The three year old thought the room was amazing. My wife and I enjoyed the room as well

Retired colonel bordeaux, your increasingly eccentric uncle who spends his time hunting for magic, called you out of the blue and asked that you come to his mansion and keep an eye on something for him. Already out with friends, he tells you to bring them along. Why not? Hanging out with your uncle is always fun. And besides, it’s not like he actually found something magical……right? Soon you find yourself in king oberon’s magical grove, embroiled with fairies, encircled by mysteries, and given the chance to earn a wish.

Cute and whimsical room. There was only one puzzle we really didn't like. They have several color based puzzles and the colors aren't a great match. This artificial increases the difficulty.

No more than 3 people for this one, easy difficulty. Puzzling was not difficult but very non-intuitive so we hit a lot of stumbling blocks and needed more hints than normal just to navigate through the room. Lots of color-based puzzles so lighting was a huge problem in this room and with a theme like this, there is no need for any darkness. I think they need to go back to the drawing board and try again. Every other room I’ve done with a fantasy/fairy tale theme is better than this one.

This is a beautiful room with amazing game masters. However 90% of the puzzles are combination lock puzzles. Most of this room is not intuitive. But I loved their non-combination puzzles! There is lots of bending and reaching which gets you in the spirit of the game but is not wheelchair friendly. Definetly take the kids to this room!

This was a fun one room experience. Good puzzles, some lead into each other in a clear way some felt more self contained, like they could have been done at any time. Pay attention to the little details. All in all a fun way to spend an afternoon. We were two people and would have finished the room with another few minutes. It’s also 45 minutes instead of the typical hour but totally doable within that time frame. But there are no timers nor time warnings so if you’re used to 60 minutes the room will feel a bit cut short or rushed.

It had some cool puzzles I hadn’t seen before. It’s all one room but still kept us entertained the entire time. We were a group of two and it kept us busy. It’s not well lit which adds to the ambiance and there are lights you can use but they were a bit too bright so sometimes it was hard to see some things but them being too dark or the light too reflective.

Super cute. Well done. It was charming and everything felt custom made for the room. It’s not a big space but the atmosphere was right for the theme.
Customer service
Such a friendly staff through and through. This was a new room for them so they were still reading from a script but everyone was so cheerful and engaging we didn’t mind. Everyone was professional and really bought in to the experience. Only call out would be that it would be nice to have a timer in the room or time warnings because it’s 45 minutes instead of an hour our internal clock definitely thought we had more time than we did.

Story
The story was a bit unclear. We weren’t really sure what the “end” would be. So we just kinda kept solving puzzles and were unclear how far along we were, what the end goal was, and there’s no time warnings either so it’s hard to know when to move onto another part if you’re stuck or keep plugging away.
