firstly just wanna say the staff here is incredibly nice and polite they were amazing to chat with and deal with as far as the room goes it was great! not very difficult and i really enjoyed the atmosphere, they did a good job of making it feel creepy. my biggest issue w the room is theres one auditory puzzle and i personally cant stand those, theyre always difficult and never fun to solve imo but other than that - really enjoyed the room. would recommend! 6/10 - just a very solid room, great for anyone just starting escape rooms or even moderate players

Fun room, fun theme. I read that some people experienced delays with the puzzles but I think that is done on purpose; however there was one puzzle that did not work and they were aware of this issue; they unfortunately were not able to prompt us when we were at this puzzle due to the lighting but we did waste some time trying. This did not detract from the rest of the room at all. Amazing staff, super clean location and good puzzles.

We interacted with one staff member! He was so kind and really had a passion for escape rooms. Excellent staff!! The room was great we got into the last room in 20 minutes but we’re stumped for a while due to a technical error. That was frustrating but besides that the room had a great atmosphere and fun puzzles. No lock and key puzzles! Much better experience then we had at the Markham location.
