Extremely friendly, energetic staff. Visual design of the room is strong. A couple small electronic issues may have prevented us from solving (buttons not buttoning, light not lighting, that kind of thing), but it should be comfortable with 2-4 people. I'd prefer to see 1 to 2 smaller puzzles added and the time expanded to an hour (with a price increase, of course). The room is so pretty, I'd love to have spent more time in it.

Was anything broken?

Yes

Small delay before the start, no problem. I couple small electronics problems during play that I think probably did affect the outcome--very frustrating. But extremely friendly and engaged staff, still lots of fun!

Live actors

Yes

Kind of a part in-character intro mixed with a (out of character) data dump about the room and puzzles upfront. Tons of fun, and it actually worked really well.

Accessibility

Hearing is required for the narrative (no open captions for videos). High-frequency hearing, sight, and movement required for puzzle completion. I think it probably could be done from a wheelchair.

Easy to find location

Yes

Lots of other stuff to do there, definitely check out the cave tour!
