I cannot praise Escape Artist Greenville highly enough!! The experience begins the moment you walk in the lobby door!! Castle Flüffendor is a wonderfully whimsical game. It’s fun, interesting, and unlike anything you’ve ever played. You HAVE to check this place out. Everything from set design, to puzzle flow, and even professionalism and talent from the staff is top notch. I can’t recommend anything other than playing the whole Chimera Corps Saga if you can!
The puzzles all flowed extremely well. There was no down time with anyone standing around. All of the puzzles made sense and were perfectly on theme. Top notch. Several puzzles were different than anything I had experienced before as well!
From the moment you step into the building the experience begins, so be ready to step into the world that is the Chimera Corps!! Phenomenal atmosphere all the way around, from the Chimera employees (GMs) to the rooms themselves. All the lighting, sounds, effects are top notch.
Absolutely incredible GMs and staff!!!

I’ve never played anything like the Chimera games before!!
The story in all of their Chimera games are so easy and fun to latch on to. We found ourselves talking after each game about the lore and storyline and even talked to one of the GMs for 15 or so minutes after our final game about the whole story

(Played as Part of the Chimera Corp Saga) So, so very clever. From the pre-game to the post-game everything is seamless and incredibly well integrated. The live actors you meet are exquisitely well executed and very convincing, and the WHIMSY of everything in the game from the set to the puzzles to the story is amazing to behold. A very, very creative use of spaces is present, and each challenge feels logical and in its proper place. I will remember moments of this game for years to come.

What else can I say besides Escape Artists does it again! What an absolutely fun and whimsical experience! You interact with SO many characters, making it feel almost closer to immersive theater. The puzzles are all so well thought out (except for a few small tweaks to improve streamlining). The set though is the jaw dropping aspect of this room. The creativity and love poured into this room quite literally from floor to ceiling is immeasurable. This truly is unlike no other story or experience we have yet to have. And cheers to their staff, who not only are game masters and actors, but also puppeteers. Make this room a must do when you visit! There’s a reason it wins the awards it does!

Absolutely amazing. Every segment/puzzle made me so happy. Everything was so well done. None of the puzzles were super difficult or tricky. GM Connor was great and played his part so well. Absolutely one of my favorite escape rooms. Awards are well deserved.

Another great room from Escape Artist! Loved the theme and atmosphere-immersive and whimsical. Puzzles were not difficult but flowed so well and really integrated with the room.

Outstanding set, memorable and cute characters, satisfying story, and unusual aesthetic make for a great game. Puzzles were good and made sense in universe, and there were some fun and unusual interactions. This applies to all the Chimera Corp games, but it's great (and unusual) how much of the experience begins even before entering the actual escape room. The lobby being themed, the in-universe newspapers lying around, and the in universe orientation briefing make things super immersive.

Castle Fluffendor was a super unique and fun experience. From the overall premise of the story to the live actors, the room was absolutely phenomenal. The puzzles themselves were pretty linear, but I loved existing in and interacting with the room. This is one of 3 rooms that are offered in this location. All three take place in the same universe and I highly recommend doing all of them in one day if you can swing it. From start to finish, we felt completely immersed in the world they created. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.
The live actors created a super fun and whimsical interactive experience. I have never been in an escape room that felt like this one. The puzzles weren't super challenging, but I wasn't disappointed by it in the slightest. The gameplay was smooth even considering the number of technical features required to make this room go.
This room made me feel like I was really in the world they created, so much so that I actually felt a bit emotional at the end of the story. I was super impressed.
The staff here was amazing - Connor, Ellie, Mattew, Mickey, Nick. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were there for nearly 5 hours and I don't think I saw any of them out of character.

I loved Castle! I don't think I've ever laughed and smiled so much in an escape room. It's a unique experience that I'm unsure how I'd explain to someone. I'd say do it and don't ask questions. I found myself staring closely at everything because it was super immersive and engaging. They did a great job creating this room. And again, the actors...Just wow. It may seem weird to say that an escape room emotionally moved me, but I was. Escape room immersiveness shouldn't go this hard. Go in with an open mind and immerse yourself. It's totally worth it. This is the kind of room you'll gush about to people when you get to talk about escape rooms.
The puzzles weren't challenging, but they were fun and entertaining. The actors made the gameplay flow so well that it stayed fun from beginning to end. I've never had an experience quite like this one. There were new types of puzzle experiences that will stick with me forever.
Again, this room shouldn't go this hard, but it does. I was invested. This is also the first room I've ever completed that felt like the puzzles were genuinely built around the story. The theme was on point the entire time. I could gush and gush about this atmosphere but I don't want to spoil it. Just do the room and keep an open mind. And if you were ever a kid that wanted to visit Eureeka's Castle. This may be your best chance to live out that goal finally. Stellar escape room.
Best staff interactions/Customer service I've had at an escape room. I never felt I was working with someone who had "checked out" for the day. They were in it 110% from the beginning to the end. And I was there for around 5 hours. It's incredibly impressive and super appreciated. Big shoutout to Conner, Ellie, Mattew, Mickey, and Nick. Everybody was super helpful and welcoming. Best escape room customer service I've ever had.
“Imaginative set design and delightful puzzles make this an enchanting escape room adventure.“
