This game was fun! Cool props and puzzles integrated with the theme nicely. Some puzzles were unintuitive or a bit hard to find the clues for. Game master was helpful and hinted us along when we did get stuck.

My biggest complaint is that this room is extremely physically demanding and no warning or description to let you know that. My team never would have picked this room if we had known that. 

However, there were extra issues. Mainly based in that the GMs clearly wasn’t paying attention. (Which looking back at their reviews is fairly common sadly) There are multiple red herring keys. But they didn’t notice when we tried one that didn’t appear to work and moved on until after the game. When ringing the bell for a hint we had to ring 3 times over the course of 5-10 minutes to get a response. Which cost us the game. There was also a large piece that was way too easy to lose and not be able to retrieve. The game master just seemed completely uninterested and unapologetic about not having responded to multiple attempts to get help. Just saying she “only heard the last one” The choice to play “Bad Day” when you fail to escape also seems like an awful decision to rub things in the customers face instead of encouraging them.

Great set design although managing the old school keys was frustrating

Cool set design. This is definitely my favorite type of game play. We bypassed a puzzle somehow but still managed to escape.

The aesthetics were great and I enjoyed all the puzzles.

Game set was really neat! Pretty immersive. Puzzles were okay. Lots of locks and keys. Lanterns didn’t work super well and made it hard to see in certain parts. Fun room though.

This room states it can handle 10 people but that’s not true. It’s really a room that should only have max 5 people. We had too many people trying to solve outdated puzzles that were extremely hard to even put together. We could barely hear the GM over the loud sounds being played in the background of the room.
