This is a perfectly adequate escape room of the sort that I would not go out of my way to play. Nice lobby, though. It’s fine: the set is decent and there are a couple of interesting puzzles. But it isn’t anything special. If you like to be locked in a room and given sixty minutes to escape, this will provide some measure of entertainment (albeit probably not sixty minutes’ worth).
Pretty good puzzles overall with a couple that I liked quite a lot. Unfortunately the finale puzzle seemed rather underclued, had some issues with underpainted props, and the ending felt like an anticlimax.
They put some effort into the set, but there is just not enough light even with the extra lantern you are given. Several nice reveals of puzzle elements. Nothing says “I don’t care about consistency” like putting a modern four-digit padlock on an “ancient wooden chest” inside of your “lost Mayan temple” though.
Particularly interesting or different
No
The setup is classic escape room “find the missing explorer in the ancient temple that might lead to El Dorado” and then the story immediately goes in a completely different direction. When you get to the end… basically nothing happens. Very anticlimactic.
A couple of puzzles could stand to be clued better (especially the finale puzzle) but there is a good mix of puzzle types and difficulty. There is a dexterity puzzle which I actually liked, and that is rare.
Ancient temple, dark, lots of skulls. No jump scares.

Accessibility
The room may be accessible but I don’t think the venue itself can be reached except via an exterior staircase (it is a second-story storefront).
