16 escape rooms
This was a very polished room with neat props and an exciting finish. The staff we met at the Miami location (Giorgio & Mark I believe) were incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there and with us.
Gameplay
Room had some good puzzles. There was one near the end that my hubby got almost immediately but it was a really neat one regardless. There were a couple of times we were a bit aimless; it usually related is to not seeing/finding a physical object that was hidden or required manhandling the props more… so leave no stone unturned!
Atmosphere
The sets were exceedingly immersive and detailed. The end was pretty exciting too.
Customer service
Some of the best staff ever. So friendly. They seemed truly excited about escape rooms too. We were a little early and from out of town so they chatted with us and also filled us in on some games that would be good for our group at our home location. The clues were also solid. They gave clues when asked but also were pretty good at knowing we were struggling on a part and never ever gonna get there without a gentle nudge.
Story
The starter video was pretty cute and the room flowed well with the objectives. The end was exciting.

Hard
We had to ask for more hints than I’m accustomed, though we only had 2 in our group

There were quite a few standard combo locks… but the stuff that did use the tech was cool enough I’ll still vote tech vs not.
