‘LETHE’ starts out as a dreamlike experience that sees players moving through a series of puzzles in an art nouveau-inspired room. While the puzzles seem unconnected at first, the room takes a turn at its climax and pulls back the veil on the narrative. It makes for an interesting and unexpected narrative beat. The experience was slightly impacted by some puzzle elements that didn’t fit the time period and ambiguous puzzling. That being said, the level of English in this room was approachable and the translation didn’t greatly impact the room in any way.

The puzzles were held together and connected by a narrator and a decorated screen with narrative prompts on the wall.
