The Depths

We were making Waves and going down Deep! Are you ready to be Submerged? This escape room was very engaging and a lot of fun. There were a variety of nonlinear puzzles which were very unique and creative. The puzzles themselves made sense and flowed very smoothly with one another. We played with a team of 6 which was a good amount. I would recommend a minimum of 4 players because there were a multitude of puzzles and sometimes it does require multiple Thinkers and minds to complete a puzzle, but enough for all of us to engage in the gameplay equally. Overall, The Depths was creative, interactive, and engaging. We had a mixture of Beginner-Intermediate Skilled Players, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the storytelling, immersion, and gameplay.

This was a fun room with some unique puzzles and some great theming. I loved the experience. I only wish there were more puzzles, as the 2 of us escaped with 20+ minutes left on the clock. Still, I would recommend this room for the unique experience. As with all rooms at The Escape Game locations, beware that you are subject to public bookings. We were able to show up at an odd time and get this room to ourselves, though. This would be a great room for kids and families.

I usually love escape rooms from The Escape Game but The Depths was poorly set for our game. We had party of 5 and there were multiple puzzles where things were tangled into knots, missing parts or hard to move. This definitely was a cool themed room just disappointed with the preparation that the room had.

We escaped with 3 people. We had a great time and love this company. We got lucky and got to do this room just with our group. The special effects are nice and very nice for family and kids.

when it comes to the flow and story of the experience, I'd say it's more on the kooky side. Very interactive, puzzle heavy,

I love love love The Escape Game escape rooms and it’s one of my favorite companies! I personally got frustrated because this room was much more difficult for me to solve than other rooms so I wasn’t able to contribute my help as much (LOL). I felt I overanalyzed a certain puzzle so I spent way more time than necessary on it. Overall, I will say that this escape room definitely had a few unique elements to it (which I loved) so I’m giving it a thumbs up!

Really fun game play that flowed perfectly. A few things tricked us a bit, but everything made sense and worked. The storyline in this room was great! We especially loved one of the last puzzles..

The game was fun. The British guy who was our Game Master was super friendly and welcoming too

This is the second time I’ve done this room and it was just as fun. The first time was at the Irvine Spectrum location. The puzzles were the same but the layout was different. We took a few friends who haven’t done this room and I sort of took the back seat or did puzzles I didn’t do the first time. TEG never disappoints with their production quality and our friends had a blast.
