51 escape rooms
The room itself was kinda cute, it definitely had potential to be a better room. When the room started there was already a random keychain with a key just laying on the floor. One prop was opened at the wrong time so we were asked to close it back. Props didn’t really work as they should. It was just one of those frustrating rooms, especially because with a little more enthusiasm and maybe some TLC on those props, it could be a lot better.

Had some cute stuff but not impressed with the instructions like “I know you can all reach these props, but don’t touch them until much later in the game” and “this puzzle right at the beginning is easy to accidentally solve, do not solve it until you do other things that lead you to it” Our thoughts are “don’t put it in my reach and don’t make your puzzle so blatantly easy if you don’t want people doing them” but ok sure. **Shrug**
Customer service
From the time we walked in the door it was a questionable experience. The young lady at the desk wasn’t exactly rude…. But she definitely wasn’t friendly or welcoming. And that continued with her being the GM and not much enthusiasm for that either.
