Really liked haunted hotel even tho we didnβt make it out, but this one we made it out but feels really off and disappointed. Top-notch set and sound design as always, GM is great! But the puzzles feel largely disconnected, barely any flows or stories. Like stuff being assembled randomly just to fill up a room. Maybe we just had an off day, but overall feels way too expensive for the experience.

The other reviews are correct - puzzles aren't logical. Its a linear room that doesn't flow. The set is fine (not great), but the puzzles aren't really tied to the theme. So we ended up spending more time confused than actually solving puzzles. No puzzle is challenging, its just not obvious what's going on. There were some things we should have gotten faster, but mostly it just didn't make sense or was more of a time waster than mentally engaging I wouldn't recommend any more than w people. And for that, we paid $150. For that price I'd expect a well thought out room. And this just isn't one. We also got let in 5 minutes late by the person in the lobby.

We didnβt succeed in playing this game but I really wanted to like it. I found some of the puzzles difficult to decipher but perhaps if we were more people like 3 or 4 we would have had more success. We played another game of theirs and had the same struggle. It is a very nicely designed room though.
My partner and I struggled understanding what to do next a couple of times.

There is just something about the logic of these puzzles with this company I donβt understand. It seems like it isnβt just me. They arenβt for amateurs. I recommend more than 2 players and seasoned ones and even with that just be prepared to accept some hints.

Wonderfully immersive right from the moment you step off of the (real) elevator into the escape room establishment. Even though it's a single, small room, it makes use of the space in creative ways that break standard conventions of other escape rooms (in a good way). Unlike the other reviews, we didn't think that there was anything that required major logical leaps...though we thought one of the puzzles could have been a bit more streamlined (in a very simple way) to make the logical deductions required more reasonable. There's an automated hint system that will prod you along if you're taking too long on things. We would have preferred if there was a way to only request hints when we wanted them, since we ended with a lot more time left on the clock. It's perfectly-sized (though somewhat expensive) for 2 people, maybe 3 people (with a slightly more reasonable per-person cost). More than 3 people would probably be pushing it a bit in terms of the capacity and the amount of content in the room.

Elevator to Hell is a mixed bag. Some of the puzzles seemed to need more of a jump in logic, and we leaned on hints. The atmosphere is great, but tight for the amount of people allowed. It's definitely a harder room, so I wouldn't recommend it to newbies. Overall I had fun

This was a horrible disappointment. The concept seemed so promising, but any cool tech aspects they couldβve incorporated were left out. The ending was abrupt, and overall it was just pretty boring
