Been here twice and gamemasters were not friendly. Seen a lot of reviews on that so I definitely don't think this is a one-off experience. Additionally, the gamemaster (I believe a trainee, because he was reading our intro from a script on his clipboard) told us the room's never been completed without hints and I suspect this is due to the cabinet puzzle which we had to use excessive force to push as force is usually looked down upon in escape rooms. When someone tells you an escape room is impossible to do with hints it's a bit of a red flag really.

Otherwise, some of the effects were cool like the doll disappearing, but we had some bad experiences like puzzles not activating immediately which threw us off and made us think we're not on the right track. Not sure if this was technical or something the gamemaster was supposed to activate but just didn't as they both were on their phones a lot.

Overall, an okay spooky room but def not the best out there and can use some improvement esp in customer service aspect.

Honestly was just okay. Props came off the wall when they clearly shouldn’t, and overall the set could use some TLC.

Some fun elements, the scares started off good but got repetitive quick. The ending is pretty sick.

There were a few safety concerns whilst playing, like needing to go down stairs in the dark.

Overall an okay experience.

This was just kinda alright. A couple of scares were done really well, particularly towards the finale - it was pretty damn cool. But a element of climbing felt super unsafe, the puzzles are repetitive with a lot of padlocks. The room also seemed to be falling apart, things peeling away, not looked after at all.
