Generally a good room with good ideas and puzzles not seen by us before after 30+ rooms. Theming needs more work, make it darker, more eerie even, music/noise etc, more props related to theme would be good too. But still a decent room.
Gameplay
Some new ideas for puzzles we hadn’t done before and good ideas.
Atmosphere
Some design was good, but more detail and more theming could be added, even darker nature to room and lighting. Background music/noise could be good. Clear that with the previous rooms that used to be here that the set is kept the same.
Customer service
We met with two guys in there who were really good to chat with and knew what they were talking about. Bit more drama could have been added to intros.

They prewarned of a piece replaced so to ignore what was written on it and also a piece that would not need to be moved but is currently unstuck. Pieces later found on a stand were unstuck that need fixing.
