While visiting an abandoned toy factory, you and your group have been captured by The Doll Maker, a twisted and disturbed individual who believes humanity’s perfect form is that of a doll. In his workshop, the doll maker brutally dismembers his victims, skinning them and stitching them back together in an attempt to make the perfect creation. Those lucky enough to die are disposed of, while the rest are put on display. Will you escape in time? or will you be the latest addition to the doll maker's growing collection?

This room, according to our GM, is one of the newer Trapped branded rooms and it definitely feels that way! Compared to other Trapped offerings, the solutions felt cleaner, the props felt more modern, the space felt more immersive, and there wasn’t any overly difficult hunting/random red herrings like I’ve experienced here. There were also no physical locks, which I don’t care one way or another but I know some people like that. The theming was great, it was a well done spooky room without it being very scary (think Spirit Halloween level of scary) and no live actors. However there were some jumpscares and cinematic points that were really well done!

Spooky horror dollhouse experience with kidnapping and murder plotlines. Good pace on the puzzles, though we did get bottlenecked on one and the hint didn’t help, we got stuck on another one where we had solved half of it but it wasn’t clear the order mattered, the clue told us order mattered and we easily figured out the order. We had 8 people which was too many, people were wandering around sometimes with nothing to do but everyone got to do something. 4-6 people would be better. There were a ton of puzzles and 90% were well hinted in the room. Lots of sensors, magnets that opened hidden areas, some scavenger hunt aspect. Only other downside was that much of the room plot and next steps was delivered by audio and it can be hard to hear sometimes especially if the track had background sound. We mostly got through that ok. Fun room, if it look interesting to you it’s worth doing but not a destination room to travel to, but if you’re hear anyway it’s worth it.
