Absolutely loved this room! It’s easily in my top 3 of all time! The set design was stunning and totally immersive, transporting us straight into an ancient tomb adventure. Every puzzle felt purposeful and was incredibly fun to solve. This room doesn’t have any physical locks or keys and that made the experience even more fun. We tackled this as an experienced group of two and managed to get out on time. This room leans toward the more difficult side, so if you’re newer to escape rooms, you may want to bring a couple more people along. That said, it’s absolutely worth it. This is one I wish I could do again for the first time. We had a blast!

Amazing room! The staff, including the designer of the rooms, are incredibly nice and accommodating (we have done several of their rooms) Not only are the puzzles unique, there are multiple rooms to navigate. These puzzles aren’t just keys and lock boxes, they have lots of thought behind them. Paul the owner is wonderful and we can’t wait to finish all of the rooms! One of the best ways to spend a date night in Sumter, SC. If you love Indiana Jones, you will love tomb raiders.

I loved the environment for this room! The set was incredibly impressive and immersive. That being said, the puzzles were not my favorite. Even though this room is mostly linear, it wasn’t always obvious what puzzles came next and there was an excess use of hieroglyphics which felt more tedious than exciting. I would definitely recommend this room (I adored the set!) but acknowledge that it was not my favorite room at this location.
The puzzles themselves are the only reason I would give this room a like instead of a love. I know that this was an ancient Egypt theme but there was an excess use of hieroglyphics in my opinion. It was also difficult to ascertain what puzzles came next at some points in the game even though it was pretty linear.
The environment was incredibly immersive and impressive. I love the set design and definitely felt as if I was in a real tomb! My only complaint about the set design is that there is one section where crawling is necessary to access a room that you go back and forth in between. This meant that there was a lot of crawling back and forth and that was uncomfortable for some members of our party (although it was well padded).
All the staff members were super welcoming!

The set design made this room really unique! There are parts of this room that I will remember for a long time.
The story was well integrated and made sense!
Hard
There were a lot of things to do in this escape room and they weren’t all obviously connected. Individual puzzles were not necessary difficult but they were a little bit tedious.
High tech
This is one of the two games at lock, clock, and peril that doesn’t have any physical locks.

This room is pretty linear so a large group isn’t necessary but this room could accommodate up to 6 people.
Not scary
All rooms at lock, clock, and peril include minor jump scares but are not intended to be scary.

While the set would be very impressive for younger visitors, the puzzles would be too difficult.

Crawling, climbing stairs, and sliding are required of all members of the party.
Since crawling, climbing stairs, and sliding are required of all members of the party, I would not recommend this room for people with mobility restrictions. Some puzzles included color.

It was a pretty good room! Very unique set up with the puzzles, but there were a few times when things seemed difficult for no particular reason.

My favorite game at LCP! Jaw-dropping set design with creative, high-tech puzzles. Tomb themes seem to be common, but this one was incredibly unique. It’s rare I replay a game, but this is one I would like to experience again! We escaped as an experienced group of two, but I believe a group of four would definitely be more ideal. The owners are super nice, and our game master did an amazing job.

This crew of ownership and workers are simply amazing. They love what they do and it spills into everything else, the creativity and immersive nature of this room is otherworldly. Had a great time and can't wait to knock the two remaining rooms we haven't done
