This game was fun and for the Harry Potter fan it’s a must play. This room was very creative and had fun elements but some of the puzzles were broken and needs some care and overhaul. It was disappointing that the GM had to come in and reset or make the puzzle work.

I'm sorry that you didn't have the best experience. When a prior group breaks things, we should be better prepared for that contingency. We appreciate your feedback so we can get better. The door puzzle is probably the hardest puzzle designed for larger, older groups but is challenging for less than 4. Hopefully you will come try some of our other rooms so we can make it up to you.

We had a great time at Escape in Time. Brandon was our game master, and he did fantastic. He explained the rules and theme extremely well. He was quick to step in with the hints whenever we asked. The room itself was well-decorated and fit the Harry Potter theme well. We will definitely be back!

Thank you for the feedback. It is unfortunate when things get broken, and we aren't prepared to fix it where it doesn't interfere with another guest's experience. Thank you for the feedback so we can improve the experience for the next group. It has 17 puzzles without a linear game design so that can overwhelm even when we tried to make the puzzles easier than traditional escape puzzles except for 3 that are on level. We have made some changes based on your feedback and hope you will come and try some of our new rooms at the new location to give us feedback.
