Airline Hijack

Was super impressed with the set of Airline Hijack! Such a unique concept that was executed very cleverly within the limited space of the room and with plenty of humour thrown in, there's a lot of fun to be had. The puzzles themselves varied in terms of logic and satisfaction, with some being more exciting and involved, and others falling a bit flat. Much like the Haunted Motel, I think replacing the vast number of red herrings with more tangible puzzles would really boost the experience. As Escape House is a brand new venue I think there's plenty of room for polish and updates as more customer feedback comes through, so I'm very excited to see where they go from here! Shout out to Alem and Sharnya who were awesome and super passionate!

A really unique set design and original idea for an escape room, Airline Hijack had a lot going for it. The puzzles were a bit of a mixed bag with some feeling more comprehensive and satisfying with others needing a little more polish. I was not a huge fan of the amount of red herrings, I'm all for items that contribute to the story and game but not as much into those that are solely embedded to confuse the player. I think in place of these there could be some more puzzles to pad out time and keep people entertained. It's important to note that this is a very new room at time of playing and the owners have plans to add more things/adjust puzzles as they get more customer feedback. Overall a fun room that has a couple teething issues.
