Trixie's Tavern Trials

A very enjoyable atmosphere and a fun story. Puzzles were well clued and plentiful, although we found them a little bit less challenging. Some surprises, which is hard when you’ve done so many rooms. Host was very gracious with her time.

Incredible ambiance and atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. Kai was funny and friendly and did a great job setting up the story with roleplay. The puzzles were challenging but at no point felt impossible. We used a couple hints that just nudged us in the right direction without being too obvious. I can’t wait to come back and do the other dungeon! My only feedback is that it was very dark in the room and we were all using phone flashlights. There are some battery lamps available, but it could use more or brighter ambient lighting. The darkness fits the tone of the room though.

Fantastic room! Fun and unique puzzles and great design and theme. One of the best out of hundreds we've done!

Absolutely loved it. My group and I had a great time. The woman who ran it was fabulous.

This was my first in person escape room, and it was a great experience. The puzzles were extremely well done, and the GM was great.

This room was a labor of love and it really shows. Puzzles were tough but fair, room design was well thought out and themed, and the staff was wonderful. After we escaped, we got to speak with the owner and puzzle designer and got the inside scoop on the evolution of the room. I will be trying all their rooms and on the wait-list for the new rooms that are still in construction.

This was an excellent room. We've now done both of the new rooms here and I've been impressed. Dungeon of Doom was with a more experienced group and provided a challenge, this was a medium experience group and provided a nice level of complexity as well. There were a variety of puzzles and everyone had something to work on and feel clever about. It did a great job of bringing the group together and giving everyone things to do for the big moments of the room.

Brand new room, a ton of love was put into it! It was a little challenging for an easy room but we had a magical experience. We can't wait for the next rooms at this location!
