In a town where there isn't a whole lot to do entertainment-wise, this escape room place is a great activity. Perfect for date night or an outing with family / friends. This place has only been open for a handful of weeks, and they're off to a great start. I will definitely come back in to try their other rooms!
Gameplay
Some of the puzzles were very clever and also fun to execute! It would be nice if there were more obvious connections between the puzzle you are solving and the lock you are supposed to use the code on that you found. This wasn't always intuitive.
Atmosphere
Cutely decorated Christmas room. Could do a bit more to give it a more cozy, Christmas-y vibe. Maybe alter the lighting, add a fake fireplace, etc?
Customer service
GM was great at making sure we got the nudges we needed so that we were able to escape on time.

The story was super cute and unique.
