Overall room was confusing, and required you to listen carefully or you miss the instruction or storyline. There were a lot of animatronics, that was cool but difficult to really understand it and they don’t repeat. I’ve never had to ask for so many hints because the room was just kind of vague.

The moment you step into the rustic cabin tucked away in an enchanted forest, you’re transported into a living fantasy. The Crystal Cave isn’t just an escape room—it’s a full-blown quest packed with mystery, magic, and adrenaline-pumping challenges. From the very start, the mission is clear: recover the stolen crystals from a devious witch who’s been using their power to cast dark spells over the land. The setting is beautifully crafted, with atmospheric details that make you feel like you’re deep in a bewitched forest. Every puzzle is thoughtfully integrated into the story—clever riddles, hidden mechanisms, and enchanted artifacts all work together to pull you deeper into the lore. If you’re familiar with the builders and designers of this game, your expectations will be high but they will be completely satisfied. The Crystal Cave is the perfect blend of storytelling and hands-on adventure. It’s magical, immersive, and an absolute must for anyone who wants to feel like the hero of their own epic tale. Highly recommended for those ready to outwit a witch and reclaim the magic!

Good room with immersive decor and solid puzzles, including one that uses a mechanism we’ve never encountered before (which is rare for us these days given we’ve done over 250 escape rooms!). The lighting was a bit dark at times, but luckily we didn’t need to do any serious reading. We were a team of 3 enthusiasts and worked on many but not all of the puzzles together, and we got out with about 15 minutes to spare. We didn’t need any hints, as all the puzzles were intuitive enough and the solutions were all fair. We had a good time and enjoyed the room! This room is would have been a ❤️ for me if they didn’t repeat the same simple puzzle mechanic so many times and there wasn’t so much search and find in the dark.

Great and vibrant experience! Full of new tech and tasks to do, would highly recommend for anyone's first escape room and very family friendly. It's a magical journey, where you're rewarded for paying attention to basically everything.

Family friendly, friends of the forest themed escape room. Honestly, this room reminds me a lot of the Winnie the Pooh room at Mindtrap in Murietta. However, I do think this room is better for toddlers as there are no scary scenes and effects, although the room itself is a bit dark. Puzzles are very non-linear, and can be good for a group of anywhere from 2-4. A lot of the room has the "do it in the right order" thing (I believe 3 in total), so it can be a bit repetitive, but I think it's because they were targeting families. Also has a fairly difficult dexterity puzzle, haha. All in all, I think this is their weakest room, but it's still a good room. It just speaks to the quality at Breaking point. Would definitely recommend for families, and for enthusiasts, would just recommend a group of 3 (the minimum).
