Did the basement, there's at least 3 rooms which was really awesome to see with stairs going down, but the puzzles are the worst and very frustrating and you can only get 1 hint so we couldn't figure the puzzle out and run out of time, so we didn't get to see the rest of the rooms and didn't get a good explanation on how the puzzle is solved. Seemed like there was a huge red Herring as well in the 1st room. I booked on Facebook for English room and they just spoke Viet the whole time to my friends, there was no intro to the room, and one one of the files to read which was meant to have eng version was in Viet, at least you don't have to know Viet to progress. Betting most of the reviews are bots too, please give us more hints to go through the room and explain things better so we can at least see the ending and all puzzles

Dark, flashlight, 3 rooms, atmospheric and spooky, there's an option to have live actors (18+) but we didn't go for it
Customer service
Spoke in Vietnamese, only get 1 hint and didn't show how to properly solve puzzles on failed attempt, not great at explaining

One of the boxes were already opened, so they had a staff member come in and lock it
