190 escape rooms
The room and the puzzles (that were working) were fun. Horrible experience from them being short staffed and we wasted a ton of time. This is a very easy escape room, so it would be good for beginners. This would have gotten a thumbs up if the broken puzzle was working and the customer service was better. Only other complaint are the walls are very thin. So we heard people doing the puzzles in the circus room. At one point I dropped something and I heard them saying ‘stop, something just opened’ lol. It kind of took away from the experience when we could hear each other.

They were short staffed, which I feel like isn’t a legitimate excuse. If you only have the staff to run 2 out of your 8 rooms, then don’t let people book more than that. Seems like an easy fix. Something in the room was broken and we couldn’t move on until they did an override for it and at one time we needed a clue. They weren’t answering the walkie-talkies. After 15 min (no exaggeration) I finally just went out and walked around looking for someone. I found someone who was on the phone and said she’d be there in a sec. Back in the room someone finally answered the walkie and was being sassy. We wasted 1/3 of our allotted hour just standing there waiting lol. We should be getting a refund from the manager tomorrow. I have not had issues previously at this location and this was my final room there. So I was sad to end on a crumby note.

There were a decent amount of ghost puzzles, which makes me think there used to be more to this room and stuff was broken so they just ditched it. There was a technological puzzle that was broken and they had to override it so we could move on.
