The room was great! It was genuinely scary, and the solo/duo missions were a lot of fun that added an extra layer of suspense and made the experience even more exciting. The NPC was committed to their role, which was refreshing to see and really helped immerse us in the story.

That said, I’d describe My Home more as a horror experience than a traditional escape room. There were only about three actual puzzles, with the rest of the experience focused on completing missions and following instructions. It was still a lot of fun, just don’t go in expecting a puzzle-heavy room that will really test your brain. The experience seems lasts the full hour regardless, as it's more about the atmosphere and story than racing the clock to escape.

My biggest criticism is the ending, which felt a bit anticlimactic. Near the end, there’s a really exciting sequence, but instead of ending on that high note, you’re left sitting for about three minutes listening to the story's conclusion over a speaker. I think it would have been much more impactful if it had been shown through a video or acted out by the NPC. We didn’t even realize the game had ended because it was essentially a “bad ending” where the evil doll wins. We were told afterward that this was simply how the story ends, but it left the finale feeling a little unsatisfying.

Overall though, we had a great time. If you’re looking for an immersive horror experience with plenty of scares, this room definitely delivers.

Thumbs up based on it being a scary/haunted experience.  I wouldn’t classify this as an escape room.  There were maybe 1 or 2 puzzles max.  But I’d definitely recommend it for someone wanting to to something scary, especially around halloween.  Live actors and lighting effects were a lot of fun.
