The atmosphere of the room was great, but that’s the only nice thing I have to say. The lighting made it difficult to read the clue for the first puzzles. The first three puzzles were the same concept and went to the same type of lock, so you had to play a guessing game as to which combo opened which lock. The audio message that plays after solving one puzzle is difficult to hear (we had to play it at least three times to comprehend the message). The black light in the room was nearly completely out and used more than once despite being told things are “one and done.” A construction type puzzle in the room took up a quarter of our time. Another puzzle creates a huge logic leap between 12 random pipes and 7 ping pong balls with numbers and letters on them. My shorter friend couldn’t reach half of the puzzles in the room. One task we completed seemed to do absolutely nothing. Our game master nudged us way too many times and super early on despite being asked not to. She even noted this before the room began but said she was still going to. We needed our game master’s help for one of the puzzles (we were a group of 2 and the puzzle required 3 people to complete), and it took her around 3 minutes just to come in the room. Absolutely did not enjoy this room. I had high hopes for this company but will not be back.

This was my cousins first escape room. He was a bit lost at first, but totally got the hang of it!  It can be a bit dark in the room but that actually adds to the vibe of the room.
