Treasure Island

If you have any experience with a high quality or high tech rooms, then this will location will be very disappointing from the moment the door to the room is opened. The ambiance consists of all fluorescent lights with partitioned walls where you can hear noise in other rooms. I could have created the same experience at home on my own with maps and decor taped to the walls. Multiple locks were used to open the same box and that is just annoying. This was for my son’s birthday, so most of the kids didn’t know that this was a disappointing experience to me and my husband (we of course smiled and made the most of it). The kids still had a good time, but for the same cost as an immersive and high tech room that we are used to experiencing, this was not worth the cost. All of the staff was very kind to us all though.

The staff was amazing. The room was immediate disappointment. Empty room with some stickers on the wall. Basic puzzles and very little to do. I highly recommend avoiding this room. Borderline scam.

It almost hurts to write this review, because the staff and management are awesome people that love what they are doing and worked with our group to get a good deal on a youth group to allow 21 kids their first escape experience. .... but the rooms are really disappointing, yet perfect for a bunch of 5th graders experiencing their first escape room on "the cheap." The rooms were partitions not real walls so you can hear other groups. It's a single room setup with plastic decorations (think like a DIY escape room.). It was disappointing.
