Detective is a series of mystery cases that are interconnected. In each of the 5 cases, you follow leads from cards that help you find clues from crime scenes or information from interviews. The catch is that you are limited by the number of leads you can follow, so you have to choose wisely. On top of that, some cases flip the script and ask you to find items by solving puzzles and riddles or catch culprits in a limited amount of time. Though there are spinoffs of this game, the original story here is my favorite and also the best written. It’s fun to pick apart the mystery with a group. Examining the evidence and hoping you uncover something juicy is just as exciting. I highly recommend this game for super sleuths and board game lovers alike! Case closed!
