Special Ops: Mysterious Market

Special Ops: Mysterious Market was a fun and immersive room. The atmosphere did a great job of making you feel like you were exploring a spice market, and the theme matched the puzzles really well. Nothing felt out of place, which I always appreciate in an escape room. There were also a few puzzles I hadn’t seen before, which was a big plus and helped make the experience feel more unique. The ending had a different take compared to a lot of other escape rooms I’ve done, and it was a nice surprise. The GMs were great as well and answered all the questions we had. Overall, this was a fun, well-themed room that I would definitely recommend.

This is probably the best escape room we’ve experienced. Highly recommend. This was a great room with some solving techniques we hadn’t seen before. Well executed and a lot of variety in puzzle types. The puzzles were well balanced between linear and parallel, so we didn’t have downtime and no one was without something to do. The flow was great and we always knew what we were working towards. In some rooms we’ve done, the next step was not at all obvious. Not here.

Really well-done room with an exciting storyline and increasingly more interesting challenges. Puzzles were great and flowed really well, and there are a few of what appear to be red herrings at the outset. We did the room with five people, but it would be more engaging with four.

Great room, we had so much fun as a group, but I will say there is too much talking and videos to watch that it takes away from the hype you get from being in there. Overall, staff is great and we truly had the best time!
