Though Prison Escape is advertised as easier than The Bunker my group definitely found this one more difficult overall. Some intriguing puzzles that kept us guessing for near on the full hour. Lots of detail has gone into making the office space feel as realistic as possible but does create a few red herrings. Potentially needs a little work on the flow towards the beginning of the room but overall nothing egregious. Very dope exit sequence which we were not expecting, super cool addition to the room.

Prison Escape definitely wasn’t what I expected when it came to puzzle content and layout. Typically with this theme there tends to be an emphasis on physicality and tactility but I found this one to hone in more on the finer details; hidden messages, documents and timelines. While rated as a less challenging room than The Bunker, my team found Prison Escape to be an infinitely more puzzling experience due to the sheer amount of props and correspondence that are discoverable in one go. On the back of this, most of the solves felt pretty obvious in hindsight while others felt like some guesswork was needed. The space is on the smaller side but the designers have done well to pack plenty of content into it, including a truly fun and surprising ending, hell yeah. Another prison break room in the books, I need help.
