The federal prison of Alcatraz, surrounded by the waters of San Francisco Bay, housed some of America's most dangerous and notorious felons. Few have unsuccessfully tried to escape, and even more attempts continue despite the ominous odds. As guards, your responsibility is to maintain the security of the facility, but that’s not always an easy task with a careless Warden in charge. After returning from his rounds to his office, the Warden discovers that his keys have gone missing! As rookie guards, you can make your mark early in your career by finding the missing keys before any prisoners use them to escape. Search the prison, find the keys, and save the ironclad reputation of Alcatraz! Prison protocol indicates that you have 60 minutes to secure the Warden's keys or the prison will have to go into lockdown. If you can figure out how and why the keys went missing, you may even be able to stop a group of prisoners from escaping the island! Get to work, guards!

Not a great game. Minimal set dressing (that didn't really fit, such as a military cot in what is supposed to be a jail cell and a couple posters on the white walls). Single room, not locked in. Doorbell to call the GM who isn't monitoring you. All clues are laminated cards except one which is a photocopied book of numbers. Read the clue and look for the number for a lock. Nothing special or very difficult. Not an expensive room, but not a lot of enjoyment either.

Was anything broken?

Not exactly broken, but the photocopied booklet you need to look through (the only thing not laminated) was a copy of a copy of copy and hard to read, with the wear and tear making it worse.

Accessibility

Mall's elevators aren't always working (come in from the lowest floor in the back parking garage to be on the second floor of the mall). The boxes you need to open are resting on the floor so you need to be able to reach down to pick them up.

It’s a mall chain room, what do you expect. Game plays fine but is very much read for a code and put it in the lock.
