The Illusionist

I personally enjoyed this room. I’m a sucker for anything retro and the early 20th century decor was charming to me. Wish I could give it a heart if it weren’t for a puzzle or 2 that seemed like logical leaps. Also some elements of the game you had to physically handle were sketchy. Honestly, stuff that can be fixed up or tuned up easily to make the room more enjoyable IMO. Anyways, if you’re a fan of the old school Houdini magic era, I recommend it; but just be prepared to ask for hints at times.

Good escape room, good theme and coherence to theme. Some of the clues are obscure and non linear in time, so it may be tricky.

Pretty good escape room! Not too hard, the hints are helpful, and the room itself is pretty on-theme. Our gamemaster Star was very friendly and helpful, and the guy who guided us at the beginning (Erick) was very nice and energetic.
