The Robbery | Pawn Shop Robber

Overall, did not enjoy this room. Poor flow, very discombobulated, props were very worn, very dark so flashlights needed, but flashlights stopped working (dead batteries), including dead UV, when most of the room needed the UV. Broken props, broken room fixtures. Room felt very dirty overall.

This is a decent room woth good puzzles amd an excellent feeling. The decorations are good, save the cheese christmas style brick paper stapled to the "alley" walls. Once you get past that, this toom is solid. Unlikemost.of.our GMs, this kid was pretty good, even doing voices when he chimed in to talk to us. We took a couple newbie escaperoom players with us and they really enjoyed it. I'd say the challenge level is medium for Vets, but it's a top 10 newbie level game.

Had a great time in this room at the Princeton location. The room definitely feels like a real pawn shop. Playing as robbers is a fun theme because you would never get to do something like this in real life. Went with a group that was a mix of beginners and veterans, everyone had a great time. Our game master Maya was so wonderful. She made us feel very welcome with it being our first time at this location. She explained rules concisely without dragging on too long, which was great considering some of us has heard the same speech so many times lol. I have been to other amazing escapes and it usually takes about 1-2 minutes to get a hint, which is fine. But with maya it was like 5 seconds max. And the hints were soooo helpful. Definitely coming back!! If you go, call and ask for Maya. Especially if you’re a beginner.
