This game was a lot of fun with some entertaining clues. One clue was a little cerebrally challenging and slowed us down for a while as we worked through it but we didn't feel overly rushed. The puzzles were a lot of fun in this room with a good number of various types of locks.
Everything supported finding the family heirloom following the family's unique history.
Everything supported the overall theme. The puzzles were well-designed.

The staff is professional, and passionate about their product, and it's infectious, and made us feel welcome and want to play (we played 3 total rooms here while in town). Our game master helped us when we came up with a bad answer and gave us a hint to get us back on track, without giving away the answer.

Overall just fun.
Everything was well integrated.
Most puzzles were on the easy side, but the couple that slowed us down were definitely slewed toward a more medium room.
Mostly mechanical with a little bit of fun tech.
We played with 3 but could have used an extra body or so to solve puzzles in parallel.
Definitely not spooky, but a couple of scary-ish elements (especially if you don't like handling arachnids).
