The Mission Experience involves a team of 4 to 6 players navigating through 5 hi-tech video game rooms in hazmat gear to disarm the World's Largest Paint Bomb. Each game room lasts 10 minutes, totaling a 1-hour experience with free photos and videos.

We had a fun time at Beat the Bomb, but it’s definitely not your typical escape room — more like a live-action video game with fast-paced, physical challenges. Expect to get messy (not just from the paint — we were literally sweating), and don’t go in expecting classic puzzle-solving. Much more coordination and reflexes were needed than I expected. A couple other things to be aware of: it was very loud, which made it hard to hear both the instructions and each other — definitely added some unnecessary frustration. Also, although the website says 3+ people, we were told on arrival that we had to pay for a 4th person to participate, which felt pretty unfair — especially since the challenges were totally manageable with 3. All that said, it was still a unique experience and a good time overall — just make sure you know what you’re getting into!

It’s very loud and hard to hear any instruction, even in the game rooms that don’t have a top on the them and the whole place is a big warehouse. The games were fun and we finished the mission. It was a bit disorganized like they haven’t figured out the rhythm of getting people checked in and going. Then you wait to do the final game after finishing all the others. Overall we had fun but I’m not jumping to do it again.

We had a fun time. The puzzles are similar to a level 99 or boda borg, but because of how they are setup the team gets much more time to refine play style. We all liked it a ton. Watching the other teams get gooed/ slimed is amusing
