The world might never again be like it was. Ever since an all-powerful artificial intelligence went rogue and took control of a nuclear arsenal or two, the world has been in tatters. Luckily, things can’t get any worse. Oh wait, of course they can. With just hours before the A.I. gains even more power and things get immeasurably worse, a nervous young scientist pulls you and your team aside. He tells you that the only way to stop A.L.I.S.O.N. (the Artificial Lifeform-Intelligence System of Optimized Networks, that is) now is to travel back to the beginning of the company that would one day build it and find a way to thwart those plans before any of this can ever happen. Due to the limitations of the time machine, you’ll only have one hour within the alarming orange walls of Inspire Labs’s 1960s Headquarters to save the future.

Did this game almost six years ago when they were called Room Escape Fairfax. It’s linked to another one of their games that also involves time travel, but that one takes place far in the future. I think there’s a better appreciation of each game by doing both given the stark contrast between the two. This game’s set is straight up 60’s. The lab-themed puzzles are more classic locks with old furniture, rotary phones and just a nice overall vibe.

Fantastic room. There were a couple of mechanics I’d never seen before. It’s three rooms (!) and getting into each one is very satisfying. You can’t get separated or stuck. Amazing time period props and decor.

So much fun. Required lots of teamwork but it’s perfect for a group of very different people. Great for a work outing

I think this is the best room at this location. It is one of the newer rooms and has clean set design and in house made props. The puzzles flowed nicely and was a good step into newer generation puzzles for this location.
