Too linear. 8 people in a room and everyone had to wait while each was worked out in order. Boring.

First game I ever took my parents to and they got pretty close to helping solve the game. We were only a few steps away from the win before time was up. The game was a good game for those just learning about escape rooms to learn how to play in a fun, friendly environment.

Some room mechanics were broken and staff didn't give a fig about it. Theme was cool and puzzles were fun when they worked.

GM gave some clues that were not helpful and was would not even acknowledge that some of the mechanics were not working.

Didn’t love it. Some of the puzzles didn’t work fully properly and overall, the game was just a little broken down. Puzzles and answers were a little random - gameplay was very fragmented. Just not my favorite…

The room was a bit broken down. The GMs didn’t really seem to care much about that. A few puzzles did not work correctly due to wear and tear. The theme is fine but tired, even though it felt a little more immersive than some. Skip this one.

Called ahead to verify it was OK to do a last minute booking and to let them know we might be late due to traffic. They said it would be fine so we went ahead and booked the room. Got there 5 mins late and found out they had started our timer and then forced us to watch the basic videos even though we had mentioned we had done dozens of rooms. All with the time still going. We ended up failing the room but only had two puzzles to go. If they had not started our time early it would have been great. Their hint system was also very poor and they gave us the same clue several times over that helped us none.
