Moriarty's Gameroom: The Hunt is Afoot!

There was something really satisfying about digging through the room looking for pieces LOL

First off, before booking this room you need to understand it's more of a scavenger hunt/puzzle room then a traditional escape room. My group escaped from this room but felt it did too many things unique from other rooms to be enjoyable. Many of the puzzles go against typical escape room theory (or at least they did years ago when we did it), and felt bad to have to do. We didn't enjoy the room and likely won't be back, but the experience would likely be great for new players of all ages looking for something unique.

This room is a little bit different than your traditional escape room. As the website explains, this game is part escape room, part scavenger hunt. A lot of your time will be spent searching for items that are hidden all throughout the room. Then, once you find all the items you need, you can complete the puzzles. The scavenger hunt was an interesting change of pace, but it might not be appealing to a lot of escape room fanatics. The puzzles themselves were decent, probably on the easier side for experienced ER fans.
