I don’t understand the positive reviews of this room. The puzzles in here offer basically zero challenge at all: highlighted letters in a paragraph that go directly into a lock. Room is also showing its age in terms of semi-functional tech and deteriorating props.

One of the cutest rooms to play in Denver! I absolutely loved the flow of the game, the purpose to everything you touch, and how thoughtful the story is. Very fun to play as a couple with 90+ rooms of experience. I would recommend for families or couples looking for a date night.

This was the first escape room I ever played, and it hooked me!! This room is Harry Potter-themed, which is very fun. The story line was great and the puzzles were fun.
The staff at Epic Escape is always friendly and wonderful!

One of the worse rooms I've ever done. Things were broken, not reset or showing its old age. We had a GM who wasn't listening when we don't him we did a puzzle right, but that the door was not opening. After 10 minutes of going back and forth, he FINALLY realized the door wasn't reset and was locked on the outside. Doesn't help that the person I called earlier in the evening about us being slightly late was extremely rude to me on the phone too. This company has only a couple of rooms that are on the better end. This room didn't make the cut.
Person who I called 45 minutes prior to the room starting that we were going to be about 5 minutes late to the start time. The individual was extremely rude and curt with me as if I was personally attacking them. That's not how you run a professional business.

This room was lots of fun to play. Only critique is that some parts get unnecessarily dark.

Cute Harry Potter knock-off. The set was run-down; to the point I could tell which buttons to press from the damage. The ending changes based on decisions you make throughout your game.

The room is extremely well done. Story is awesome, not your typical escape room story but one that is very engaging. Lots of fun with this one.
