One of the worse rooms I've ever done. Things were broken, not reset or showing its old age. We had a GM who wasn't listening when we don't him we did a puzzle right, but that the door was not opening. After 10 minutes of going back and forth, he FINALLY realized the door wasn't reset and was locked on the outside. Doesn't help that the person I called earlier in the evening about us being slightly late was extremely rude to me on the phone too. This company has only a couple of rooms that are on the better end. This room didn't make the cut.
Person who I called 45 minutes prior to the room starting that we were going to be about 5 minutes late to the start time. The individual was extremely rude and curt with me as if I was personally attacking them. That's not how you run a professional business.
