This was a hard but approachable one. The atmosphere was fantastic, most of the puzzles were clever and satisfying to solve, and the story flowed well with the progression of the room. I wouldn't recommend this to escape room beginners, as it's the hardest rated room for Escapology.
Very fun gameplay overall. There was one puzzle that we wouldn't have figured out on our own without a nudge from the GM (and there wasn't any context clues to point you in that direction). The piano puzzle was my favorite.
Well done on the mansion aesthetic.
Escapology folks are all lovely people.
Particularly interesting or different
No
But that doesn't mean it wasn't fun.
Definitely not for beginners.
We escaped with just the two of us.
Maybe could be considered spooky if murder stories freak you out, but there isn't any jump scares in this room.
May be frustrating for younger kids.

Backtracked through the different sections throughout the game.
Accessibility
There are some puzzles involving color. Sometimes the dimness of the room may make it hard for some folks to see properly, even without vision correction. (They do provide flashlights).
In a mall with it's own external entrance.
