man. this room was so close to actually being a good room the atmosphere was really mid but the puzzles were actually fun. not very challenging but still satisfying to solve so it was enjoyable. the last puzzle however was overwhelmingly difficult for no reason i’m not kidding when i say, we did the entire room in 45 minutes, and then spent another 40 minutes on the last puzzle and had to call in 2 hints just for it. i thought the design of it was poorly made and could be fixed with just a few indicators because even when it was explained to us by a team member, it still didnt make sense but the reality is that even if that puzzle was well done, the room wouldnt be anything special. it would just be a “good” room and nothing more 5/10 - could be great but unfortunately settles for “just fine”

Typical Trapped room. I don’t think this room warranted the upcharge to $47 from the regular $31 room. Also they advertise 10% discount if you post on social media. We did 2 rooms but would only give the discount on one room.

We visited Trapped this weekend and absolutely LOVED it! The venue is bright, clean and well taken care of. The host, Vyoma was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic! She was also our gamemaster and was super helpful and understanding when one of the puzzles wasn't working for us (we weren't operating it correctly) and gave us extra time. We did the Alien room and it was amazing! We absolutely LOVE this location and can't wait to come back to do more. Great venue, great hosts and exceptional customer service. Thank you so much!!!!
