Temporarily Closed - Your detective skills are critical to your survival. On a fast train to Budapest with your fellow detectives, you find out a man by the name of Sir Clarence Hayden has suddenly been murdered! You’re able to narrow down 5 suspects who were seen in the dining car around the same time, but it’s up to you to nail down the suspect before the next stop along the railway. Moving through the cabins and gathering evidence, the killer knows you are hot on their trail and has decided you are their next target. With you out of the picture, they would be free to escape when the train stops.

First off, this one is different than Murder on the Orient Express for anyone wondering. Basically matching theme/story, but totally different puzzles and flow. I loved the first two thirds of this escape room. The final puzzle was really frustrating. If you had moved clues around the room while playing you screwed yourself over. I’m a firm believer that someone playing an escape room shouldn’t be able to sabotage themselves by moving clues. If things need to stay together they should be immovable or connected together. We had a great time all things considered. Just salty we used a few clues on that last puzzle. I would not recommend this room for anyone who has done less than 10 rooms, it would probably be too hard.

Beautiful room, great props. Loved the story and overall theme. Did not escape over a pretty embarrassing mental lapse. Game flow is a little choppy, but excellent overall.

A linear room, which I don’t like, but this room is worth doing purely because of the theme if and the props. Such a great use of props! It felt like I was stepping on a train, even though moments ago I was just in a hallway.
