The Heist

Fun story line with a few mechanical and physical puzzles. However, most of them were number codes and lock and key. The puzzles were pretty simple and linear. The room is rated 9/10 difficulty and for 8 people, but our group of 3 finished the room in approx 30min and the room/puzzles are most definitely too small/simple for 8 people.

Fun room. Overall, so nice challenges. Was a bit on the easy side but not a walkthrough. My biggest issue with the room that made it a like and not a love was the use of a jigsaw puzzle. I hate those and see them as only existing to eat up time. Just a personal preference. The puzzles were thematic and everything looked like it belonged.

This was my first ever escape room, back in 2014. For the time I think it was really great, but definitely more of a first-gen escape room. It was a lot of fun learning how escape rooms work at an “official” Escape Game. There was only one puzzle that we struggled with, but I think that was more because we were 2 separate groups put together and all of us were new to escape rooms. Overall a nice experience and it’s what got me interested in doing more rooms!
