the design and some puzzles were very cool and theatrical. the gameplay itself was not intuitive at all. i have never had to ask for so many hints (10!!!). there were multiple puzzles that assume you will just know what to do. especially when the room gets high tech, the tech interface is so involved and confusing. if the room was longer/unlimited time, it would’ve been better to get a hang of the tech. but with only 30 so mins to finish the room, there’s little to no time to really grasp the tech. if they made that software/interface more user friendly, i could see how it could be fun. instead it was more stressful and i have no clue what we did to get out tbh. great staff tho and some cool special effects!

Another fun room but some tricky puzzles

Similar to other rooms at The Escape Game, this room had a fantastic atmosphere. We were in a group of 6 (Our group of 4 got paired with a group of 2). Unfortunately, there were some puzzles that didn’t leave room for a large group to solve so we found ourselves standing around at times. Take that with a grain of salt though, the room was still greatly enjoyable!

The game was okay, though we had a group of 5 and there were times where it was difficult for all of us to be working on something due to limited puzzles and space. And while there were a few collaborative puzzles, many of them were really only for one person. I think this room would work a lot better with a very small group of people. Some of the puzzles needed to be very precise. I’ve done a few games at The Escape Game and I think this is one of the older ones and you can definitely feel it compared to their other rooms. Still a solid room, but not as updated as some of their newer rooms.

Immersive experience and great, cohesive storyline. Out of all the other escape rooms we've done with the Escape Game company, I think the puzzles in this room tie most closely to the storyline. My friend and I did this with 3 strangers, and our experience wasn't that great because the company (the people we played with, not the Escape Game company) could've been better, but I don't want our individual experiences to affect the rating of this room. The room is well-designed and puzzles were good. Cannot give a reliable review on the difficulty of the puzzles because it felt like we didn't participate in all of them, which is what happens when doing escape rooms with a larger group of people.

Great game. The Escape Game continues to show why they are the best *chain* escape room company there is. Game is an excellent mix of two themes, which you’d think is hard to do, but they did it. Pretty much all clues either high tech or use the environment around you which is a huge plus. Rooms were beautiful which was to be expected. I normally don’t recommend chain companies to enthusiasts but The Escape Game has consistently high quality rooms.

This room was very fun! It was pretty difficult for 2 people but it was so immersive and unique. The storyline also played a big part in the game which was exciting!
This experience was unique and had a solid (yet challenging) game flow.
All elements of this game were immersive. My personal favorite segment was the first room which was super mysterious and cool.
When we got to the business, it wasn’t open yet even though it was less than ten minutes until our room. Once a game master showed up they were super nice and helpful though!
Yes
Very unique premise with a couple of twists and turns.
The premise was different from any that I’ve seen in the past. The plot played an integral part in this game and that was exciting!
Hard
This room was relatively difficult, especially with only two players. We had to get a lot of hints but we did escape!
High tech
There were some physical locks but there were also a lot of technical elements.

Depending on the location you attend, the size of the experience may vary but I think 4-6 people would be a good amount for this room.

Fantastic room. Escape Game is always great at combining both well thought out puzzles with great immersion and set design and this might be their best.
