Staff is incredibly nice! Shoutouts: Doc was a great host very efficient at the bar and Jeff was a great game host. There were some parts that just needed you to physically play with objects to figure out how to trigger an event. I’m not the biggest fan of those moments. There should be instructions on how to interact with certain objects, which I suggested to Doc. Like having stickers on an object we have to open (please shout out @BryantCabrera if you do this)! Production value was so good! It was probably the most difficult escape room out of the rooms at this location that I’ve done (Super Hero Quest, Wizard Trials).

Did the adult version, the theming was just ok. It felt like 1 puzzle was different, and the narrator voice was changed, but not really anything too interesting. The game really didn't feel very fun, and one puzzle is not really solvable without hints. Set design was great, but it felt boring and didn't really deliver. Can't recommend.

I think visually this place has nice rooms but their challenge level is very low. I feel like for the price point it should be better done

After you do enough escape rooms, the casino ones run together. It’s no one’s fault because the idea of a heist is the perfect one for an escape room. The only downside to so many is that they become repetitive in nature unless they do something wild. Nothing truly wild happens in here but nothing terrible happens either. There was one puzzle that was very creative and felt very satisfying to solve but besides that, good setting and glossy new puzzles - all things you expect from PanIQ.

We had a great time! Game master Ben welcomed us and treated us like kings! We barely got out, but we'll absolutely be back!

This was our second room at Paniq and it didn’t disappoint!! The Heist room was very well designed one of the most thoughtful setups we’ve seen, and we’ve done over 10 rooms. Sky at the fronr and Graham were awesome and super helpful. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back and take on the rest!!

Casino Heist is my new favorite escape room in LA. The game flowed perfectly for our group of 4 of absolutely differently gifted (or ungifted! Haha) individuals. We solved the mission with about 10 minutes to spare. Parking was a bit limited (I believe there is a temporary city construction going on), but the delicous drinks in their bar made up for it. We felt like we were in Vegas, and funny enough, our favorite hotel in Vegas is the Venetian - which happens to be same hotel that we just “robbed”!

Skip this game and honestly I would advise skip all of the games at this location. We finished the 45min room with 18mins to spare and we didn’t get a single hint. That’s crazy and a bummer. Felt like a waste of money. Room is way too easy and they need to rethink the puzzles and game flow. It’s only been open for two weeks so I’m sure that’s what’s going to happen because it will continue to receive poor ratings if they don’t. I’ve been to other PanIQ locations and enjoyed them, so this is disappointing. They spent more effort on looks rather than the games.
