The Legacy of the Ancestors / Das Vermächtnis der Vorfahren by Eventastisch was the first of 9 rooms we did on a 2-day escape room trip, and it set the tone beautifully. We were a group of 3 experienced players, starting our day with a 3-hour drive from the Netherlands. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The intro caught us off guard in the best way possible, and the entire experience felt lovingly handcrafted. The room features a rich variety of traditional puzzles, all seamlessly tied to the story. There’s more than enough content to keep even a team of 4 busy. We finished with 15 minutes to spare thanks to our experience, but the pacing felt great throughout. The owners were lovely and told us we were the first team to play it in English. Open since April 2025, it already feels polished and thoughtfully designed. What stood out even more was that they actively asked us for feedback after the game—a clear sign of their humbleness and genuine care to keep improving. A heartfelt, cozy, and puzzle-rich start to our tour. Strongly recommended for all players.
