A surprising find on my first NL escape room trip. Lots of spooky moments (without being too scary), and some clever puzzles I hadn't seen before. Highly recommend!

Very fun, smooth puzzles; however, it wasn't always clear what to work on next.

Customer service

Staff squeezed us into the schedule and then was very understanding when we were late starting due to a closed parking garage. Excellent customer service in English and really great cafe to spend time in before and after.

I think this had enough cool moments to classify it as particularly interesting, but nothing will shock you.

Story was standard spooky fare, but done very well.

This wasn't easy with 2, but mostly because we didn't always know what to do next, but with a few clues we got through without a problem.

There was one moment that could be considered a live actor, but it's no interaction, and it's not a "scare actor" in the traditional sense.

minor ducking and stepping, but all on one level. Some moving around, but it's a smaller room.

Accessibility

I'm not sure there's an elevator, but if you can get up to the main floor, there shouldn't be any problems in the room itself. No color based puzzles, but there is low lighting
