Y’all ready to get extermuhnatin? Your crew from the Vermin Vanquishers, Sarasota’s premier rodent exterminators, get the call to Spaulding’s Junkyard — called in to handle what ol’ Spaulding himself thought was going to be just a simple pesky rodent problem. A job that should be a quick in-and-out. Set some traps, spray some poison, and grab a cold one on the way back. But the second you step past the junkyard office, somethin’ feels off. Real off. Light’s start flickerin’, shadows move when they shouldn’t, and there’s a low growlin’ comin’ from deep in the scrap heaps. Somethin’ big. Somethin’ mean. This ain’t your everyday rodent. Will you exterminate the beast, or be buried in the scrap heap?

Listen…just go ahead and book it. This was phenomenal. SO well done! You can tell the owners put their hearts into it, and are passionate about what they do. We loved this room. It has entered our top 5 rooms we’ve ever done, and we are pumped to check out the rest of their rooms when they open!

Yes, yes, yes! Do this room! This is terrifyingly-fun. The jump scares are tasteful, but keep you on your feet the entire time. I’ve played loads of scary games and some of them are overkill with the live-actor parts, to the point the game is unplayable, however, THIS was completely perfect in every frightening way!

The flow is perfect - we were able to finish every single puzzle without help (except for one item we lost lol - but totally our fault).

The set is gorgeous - extremely immersive and barely takes up any space, but feels perfectly crowded.

Awesome venue and the room was amazing! We had fun from start to finish. It is definitely on the harder side of rooms. But every single puzzle made sense. There is a lot to do but the set is amazing.

Evasive Escape Rooms truly made a statement in the Sarasota area with their new room EXTERMINATED: Terror at the Junkyard! Everything about the room is what you hope for when playing a game. The scenic was unreal, the puzzles were relevant to the storyline, and the jump scares were perfectly executed. For me, there is nothing I love more than stepping into a game and fully feeling emerged in the world I am meant to be playing in. So needless to say, it was fantastic. We cannot wait for Chris and Trevor’s next two games!!

Had the honor of beta testing this new room and WOW!! Up there as one of the best rooms I’ve played! The theme was unique and the set had my jaw on the floor. They did an incredible job with the smaller space they had to work with and I could not recognize it as the same room it was before. The puzzles are challenging but doable, so you’ll feel smart and accomplished when you figure it out (something I always appreciate). Absolutely a MUST do, especially if you enjoyed Cinema 7 or Disappearance at Will to Escape. The owners have done it again and I can’t stress enough how this is a need to do. You won’t be disappointed.
